L&TD Coordinator for EMEA

Your Impact:

Were looking for L&TD Coordinator for EMEA region who will be responsible for deliver effective, efficient and timely coordination and administration support for Learning & Talent Development programs and the Early Careers Programs.

Key responsibilities include*:

Schedule L&TD training activities across EMEA and provide input into the global calendar
Use the Learning Management System (LMS) to schedule training based on business requirements, manage enrolments and track training completion
Oversee engagement with facilitators and business stakeholders
Monitor LMS enrolments and make recommendations to L&TD business partners and facilitators on cancellations, rescheduling or necessary additional communications
Provide training completion reports and evaluation data
Ensure training is billed back to participants’ Performance Units
Coordinate Graduate Development Program events and Early Careers Conferences
Coordinate six-monthly progress reviews
Manage increment and completion bonus process
Support apprenticeship levy paperwork
Coordinate global training programs as required
Answer technical questions related to the LMS and provide guidance on the automation of manual coordination tasks
Collaborate with other functional teams to support the accurate tracking of internal and external training and progress on early careers programs.

Heres What Youll Need:

Experience in L&D and/or HR Administration and Coordination
Ability to communicate effectively in a variety of communication settings: one-on-one, small and large groups, among diverse styles and position levels
Ability to adapt to a changing environment and consider cultural and ethical factors in the decision-making process
High proficiency in English in written and spoken communication
Experience with Learning management systems and MS Office
Previous experience in a consulting or engineering firm would be an asset.
